That inspiration is sparked by our Host & Founder Katie-Jeyn Romeyn who will share with you why she created the Ambitious Leaders Network and why it is close to her heart. And that inspiration is then strengthened by our Guest Speakers who light up the stage when they share their presentations.

Our Guest Speakers are either celebrities or experts in their chosen field, who share their wisdom and gift us tips on how to create more success. Most of our Guest Speakers are members of the Ambitious Leaders Network who have an EXTRAORDINARY story of courage, leadership and success to share. Their stories are REAL, RAW and RECENT.

REAL stories about their own career and life.
RAW stories about how they have scraped their knees and overcome the challenges or adversity they have faced, coming out the other side, shining brighter than they have before.
RECENT stories which means they are all relatable.

And, many of our Guest Speakers share their personal career story for the first time on Ambitious Leaders Network stage and some have their debut Guest Speaking opportunity with us. That in itself is INSPIRING.

What is the purpose of the Ambitious Leaders Network?

Our Founder & Host Katie-Jeyn Romeyn was inspired to create the Ambitious Leaders Network for three reasons:

The first reason was because many of Katie-Jeyn’s private clients had raised with her during their coaching journey, that they found at times it was lonely being a leader in their workplace. They didn’t have a lot of friends around them who were as passionate about their career as they were, therefore inside the workplace and sometimes outside of workplace they felt alone. So not only is the Ambitious Leaders Network an environment to create business opportunities, it is as much about making new friends with other leaders who are on a similar or better still, the same growth trajectory and are passionate about their career.
The second reason Katie-Jeyn created the Ambitious Leaders Network was to CELEBRATE SUCCESS. We all know that Tall Poppy Syndrome is alive and well in Australia and what some leaders may not know, is that the number 1 reason why high performing employees leave organisations is because their efforts and contribution are not adequately recognised. So, the Ambitious Leaders Network is all about celebrating YOUR success big and small to get YOU in the WHITE-BALL-OF-ENERGY feeling amazing and inspired to continue being the best you can be in your career and life.
And, the third reason is that Katie-Jeyn knows that it is challenging all leaders to maintain the momentum of WHITE-BALL-OF-ENERGY 100% of the time on their own. Meaning that they maintain a positive mindset where they can handle anything that life throws at them with certainty and confidence. So, the Ambitious Leaders Network is designed specifically to support you in creating that consistency. And, it works.
