Katie-Jeyn Romeyn is a Career Acceleration Expert. She works with CEOs, Executives and Ambitious Leaders to fast track their career and business success. Katie-Jeyn accelerated her own career from the front desk of a mine (starting with no qualifications) to securing her first Executive role with an ASX listed resources company in just 10 years. That career trajectory is unheard of for a male let alone a female in the resources sector and it was achieved despite Katie-Jeyn having a debilitating case of Crohn’s disease including 9 surgeries in 11 months which taught her, above all else, resilience.

During her 15-year operational and corporate career, Katie-Jeyn worked for WMC Resources, Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and St Barbara, where her last role was Executive General Manager for People and Business Services. And, the work Katie-Jeyn led as an Executive, won multiple business and industry awards including Employer-of-Choice.
